Reservations & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the property. Payment terms and accepted methods are communicated at the time of booking. Prices are per accommodation unit per night and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 60 days before check-in and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 11:00.

House Rules

Guests are expected to respect the property and its neighbours. Smoking indoors, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted. Specific rules are provided at check-in. Any damage caused to the property during a stay will be charged to the responsible guest.

12 PM - 8 AM

Maximum occupancy must be respected.

Liability

The property is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
